"Fleet Maintained"? Meaning a oil change every 150k miles?

Depends.A million + is very common. Some less than 500,00. Depends on driver, maintenance schedule, many variables. If I had to pick an average, my guess would be around 8 to 9 hundred thousand.
Also it depends on your idea of an inframe. If you run it till it breaks, obviously it will run more miles than a preventive 0/haul. Use your oil analysis as a good guide to determine when to open an engine up.
You said 'CAN GO". Have heard of some over 1.5 million.Sure others have heard of more.

maintained even remotely close to how a 12.7 should be,overhead run, etc.,that 12.7 should very well eclipse the million mile mark.easily.

Is the oil analysis clean and how much oil is it using? Find that out.

i would imagine a semi engine would be just as long lasting as a car engine. relatively speaking.

regular oil changes and overheads. and you could get long life. minus the gears and what not.
