Will companies actually pull video evidence from places where we stopped and the receiver to prove who was driving since my trainer drove on my logs??
Or should I get an attorney?
How much will companies dig?

First all thats a big NO NO. Driving on someone else's logs? What if he had an accident while driving under your logs? What if there was a HIT AND RUN and you was the one loged driving and he left the accident. That will fall on you unless you had PROOF. A trainer driving on a students log's he should lose his CDL. To be honest BOTH of you should. Don't say i couldn't stop him blah blah blah. Cuz you could of called your safety people from the bunk or next truck stop and said hey hes driving under my logs and what not.

Thanks. I think we are going to get this figured out.

No a company won't, but an attorney after an accident will, if they even think the logs are incorrect.
