1-When you lease on to a company who pay the taxs ?
2 at the end of the year u ger W-2 or the 2290 is that replace the W2
3-Should you aply to the company you will lease before getting the truck thansk an advance
How that work out?

You are an independent business contracting out carrier services. Any revenue generated by your business has to be reported to the irs by you. The 2290 is the heavy highway use tax, think of it like a fee to drive a truck. It has zero to do with your income taxes.
