how to report trucking company running illegally?

    If all you want is fair play, then why not get creative and let them know (as anonymously as possible) that they are going to get inspected.

    If that is the end decision, then if there is a tit-for-tat, then maybe you'll get a heads up that you are going to get inspected?

    I dunno... this is a tough call. I used to own a bar...similar issues.

    I guess if my company's survival were at stake, I'd forge up some sort of official looking cease and desist letter saying something like this...

    "It has been reported by our field examiners that you may be in violation of code BS XXX BS.
    Our office is currently scheduling a site inspection of your premises and you will be contacted within 90 days to arrange compliance...blah blah blah".

    etc.

    Even if it looked like BS, it would give them pause.

    The authorities will sniff you out , u get locked up for fraud and the douchnozzle gets the few customers you have left. But I do like it.The letter should say "this message will self destruct in 5..4..3..2
