I see alot of folks drinking alot of sugary drinks , and eating junk food to crank out a few extra miles . It works , but it's not worth it . I managed to lose 80 lbs while on the road , and 8 pants sizes . What are you doing to stay fit ? I have yet to reach my goal . Thanks in advance .

I stretch in the morning (if I remember to), and think hard lifting thoughts!

Weighted jump rope, small trampoline, padded folding mat I can lay down and do situps on, "perfect pushup" paddles. I also bought a set of traffic cones I can set up so I can segregate "my" workout area... Rule of thumb, I don't work out every day. Just when I'm parking someplace I'll have time to take a shower afterwards.

I cut way back on eating bread and anything with wheat in it. Stopped drinking soda, cut back on coffee. Now I drink mostly water and snack on veggies. Breakfast is usually bacon and eggs, supper is some sort of meat, and veggies. Kind of a tough adjustment at first, as I was the one you'd see at the convenience store buying a large soda and a pack of cookies, along with a 5 hour energy drink. And I never ate a meal without wheat bread and potatoes of some kind.

Just by doing that, I've lost a good amount of my spare tire. It isn't totally gone yet, but I see the results everytime I look in a mirror. My weight hasn't moved though, I seem to maintain 190 no matter what I do. I just recently signed up with Planet Fitness, and went there a few times. I don't really care for that whole scene though. I feel ten years older everytime I go there.

    Oh to be 23 again....:(

    Jumping to conclusions
    pushing my luck
    yanking people's chains
    Running off at the mouth
    Pulling my hair
Sometimes when I am backing in I do pullups

    Those are places to start.

Just go get your workout and leave it's simple 30-45 mins I never talk when I go... I jog 10 mins then I do a total body workout in a circuit minimum 30 second rest then go to the next exercise do that twice and end with ab workout then I'm out..
