I-15 on fire

If its on TV it must be true.

 

Yes it is true, it took me a bit to find a listing for it. Husband in Santa Fe Springs area and it is all over the news station.

2000 acres are now on fire or have burned. So far no one has been reported hurt.

He luckily came from 15s to 215s yesterday.

He said a KLLM truck is a loss.

^i15 runs north and south in Southern California (if I missed the sarcasm). It's the route you'd take from Los Amgeles to get to Las Vegas. Looks like the portion on fire is south of Hesperia.

Glad I'm 1500+ miles away from that nonsense.

 

It is south of Hesperia, CA on interstate 15, in the Cajon pass area.

I-15 is said to be closed between Rt 138 and Oak Hill Road. Cars are still catching on fire from the fire jumping as of a few minutes ago.

 

WOW, I got lucky..... I just missed it. I was heading northbound. Must of started after I passed the area.

 

Last year the 15 was flooded, this year it's on fire, crazy..
