    Yes, the second crash was near mm 46 eastbound on 78. There were a couple of covering tarps on the ground there. Bad day on 78.

    Is it just my perception in the "connected world " or are highways becoming death traps, and largely at the hands of truckers? These rearend crashes are getting out of hand if you ask me.
