Applied, talked to recruiter, everything sounded great until I told her I was fired from a job two years ago. Fired for arguing with a customer. She didn't say, but made it seem like this is a deal breaker. Y'all think it could be a deal breaker?

Naa... they will just do a deeper background check. If you do get hired on, just learn from your mistakes. Don't argue with the customer. Contact your FM/leadership/dispatch, etc... and let them figure it out.

Averitt does take time when they want to. The usual wait is about a month for an answer if they decide to hire on a person.
