I had 5 jobs until now all refrigerated transport

    Hi there guys,

    I am driver just 5 months now, I did all refrigerated transport.
    I would like here to get more info about that kind of transportation and where can i find a business for no experience drivers.

    Usually they wont give me job because i do not have few years of experience.

    I would like to mention this one guy who gave me very good start, and I would like to hear from You - some references that I can reach?

    This guy Konstantin from Pacific Shores inc gave me trust before all and a chance to prove myself. Right now I do few rides everywhile and I am very satisfied.

    Google it because i do not want to promote here.

    Kind regards, and please give me Your start experience.
    ps. Sry about my English, I came from Europe and I am a trucker =)

    I don't understand what the question is. Why can't you continue to drive for Pacific Shores?
    Does this company hire new CDL grads?
    You say you have 5 months experience; dozens of companies will hire you as long as you have an original birth certificate and social security card.
    Do you live in San Diego?

    I am certainly continuing cooperation with Pacific Shores just i want to reach for more.
    Yeah, right now I am in San Diego . A lot of companies declined me and those who gave me job it was really big fees. Or this one gave me very fair conditions. I am not sure...

    He's talking about the Russian owned companies in Chicago that run illegally on paper logs and pay on 1099. Many of those companies set it up where if anything goes wrong, the driver takes the liability, not the trucking company.
