I picked it up yesterday afternoon and registered it last night and noticed that under my account it lists Shower Balance. I had thought that would only apply to the professional driver cards or, just maybe, the RV customer cards. Anyone know how that works on the Preferred Customer cards? Not that I would ever need to use shower credits unless I happen to take a ride with my husband on the truck he drives since I only go to the Pilot closest to my house and tend to bathe at my house.

It may be tied in with your hubby's card. Points and showers combined, reflected on both cards.

I am just confused how they could be combined since he has a Professional Driver my reward card, I have a Preferred Customer my reward card and neither card has the same email address or phone number as the other. Could it be because of the same last name and same address?

check the fine print. BUT unless you regularly buy 50 gals of deisel or more at a time, I dont think you'll be getting any shower credits. very well could be a standard one size fits all readout for all cards by them. BUt not all features apply.

No, I do not buy 50 gallons or more of diesel at a time personally since I have a gasoline powered car that, according to hubby, only holds about 12-15 gallons in its gas tank and I tend to fill it before it hits the 1/4 mark.

I also noted that it does not list the combo or coffee credits that JET-Lag gets on his card. Sorry, just checked again and now I have 1 drink credit and 1 contest entry. Now, those notations DO make sense for me :biggrin_25525:

I heard that the Pilot rewards cards didnt do anything when used at the car pumps, or maybe that was the old cards. Regardless its not really worth it for me to drive the car out to the Flying J in El Paso when I'm home and my wife needs a refill on the mommiewagen which seems to always be when I'm home, lol.
