    however they arent wanting to schedule me for orientation until after I graduate. How long will I have to wait? I cant wait forever.

    All I can recommend is do your best stay with a company for 2 years OTR after all the BS doors will open with better pay and benefits.

    Just call them when you get your cdl and you should be in orientation in 2 weeks or less.

    Also if they offer you flatbed glass and reefer just tell them to give you what gets you in orientation faster, they made me wait a week more for glass, but you can change which one you go with when you get to orientation
