    I follow a guy on YouTube he leases through KLLM and he brags about doing great and shows proof on paper or his income etc. which isn't bad as a lease.

    Don't even think about it. With lease purchase you DO NOT own the truck. The company you are doing the l/p with owns it, you are just renting it and they get to screw you royally with a bloated lease payment.
