don't they break seals in the yard because guys try to hide their empties by leaving them sealed

You should always leave a copy of the bills in the nose box. If I'm looking for an MT at an OC and there are no bills I don't care what the seal looks like, its assumed to be MT since no bills are on the trailer. BTW, I've got about 20 seals from shippers, that means nothing.
And if you think I'm going to spend an hr on the phone to find out, think again.
Besides, if for some reason you can't come back for it, save yourself the trouble of getting the bills there.RStewart Thanks this. -
