    Nice week. No issues...everything went as planned. Now in Jersey at mom and pop's under a load that delivers Monday and planned out to Texas by Thursday.

    Another decent week about to come to an end. Headed to Wilmer now and will be home in a few hours. Home till Tuesday...maybe Wednesday if I don't see anything I like to get me out of the house.

    Decided to pick up a 4 stop load out of St. Joseph, Mo delivering across the state tomorrow. Parked at stop 1 tonight. Then off to Syracuse.

    I seen people with an older truck that they financed through a dealer and got an $800 dollars a month truck payment pulling Schneider trailers

    I went from paying $1047/week with Schneider to $177/week.
    Makes me grin every time I get a settlement.
    Dropped my monthly amount $1330/month.
    Lease isn't bad to give you a idea on what to expect..tax wise lease is good for the write off.
    I'm on a aggressive deprecation schedule..looking to pay truck off in 3.5 years.

    Ahhhh the power of cheese..

    You can do just as well with the write off with a purchased truck. I'll be depreciating the full purchase price over 3 years + interest. Gives me an additional $20 deduction over my previous lease. I'll trade it in and get a new one and start all over. Always in warranty. Just one way to go.

    Yeah I agree on warranty.
    I pushed mine out to 5 years on Engine,after treatment system and HVAC.
    Used the end of year bonus card for the extension.
    Not going to buy another..this one should hold me till retirement.
