Love working for them....they're a good company and the benefits can't be beat. Doesn't matter if you have experience or not, they train you to do things their way. In addition to working with a trainer, during your first two or three weeks they'll send you to their school in Greer, SC. When you go solo you'll be ready

    rhouston24 and Virdis Thank this.

If you are a politician, and can brown nose dispatch, you will do well. If not, be happy with 1700-1800 miles a week with plenty of time sitting still at a terminal waiting to load.

I'm thinking of leaving Superior. A former coworker found a well paying, non political company that I am very interested in.

What terminal are you out of? I've been with Superior going on three years now and never had a 1700-1800 mile week

Rather not say, Southeast region. On second thought, no problem. Greer terminal, 5 years. My weekly average has been between 1700-1900 miles a week, therefore I am actively looking for another situation.

Check out Trimac if you haven't already. @ethos on here is on their "elite fleet" It's for guys who want to stay out 3 weeks. That fleet is dispatched nationally so you won't have to deal with individual terminals. Sounds like it might work the way you say you run. (Home twice since Jan)

I don't remember saying anything about "how I run", but thanks for the info nonetheless.
