WTH man I have been running since 9-8-15......tons of trips through NY....and yesterday I get pulled over and I was informed that NY has their own sticker for road tax!!??? WTH is IFTA then?? I though fuel taxes were for roads??
I am debating now....whether or not to get the stupid 1.50 sticker and have yet another stupid account to log in to every quarter and pay these aholes seperate.
I know there are other states too but I don't run West and I don't need one for KY because I am 52k max GVW.
IFTA not good for NY?

HUT stickers were challenged in court and found to be unconstitutional. They should be going away in time. http://www.landlinemag.com/Story.aspx?StoryID=30533#.VySohpX2b6U

Good question! ^^
-
Oregon doesn't participate in IFTA either.
-
Yes I have heard Oregon, New Mexico, Washington maybe?
CaptainDaveG Thanks this. -
New Mexico has a weight distance tax, they do participate in IFTA though. Washington state is normal as far as I know. I run all three states frequently.
-
I thought those 3 or 4 states are for weight distance tax. Different from IFTA which they participate in except Oregon I think
