    Sorry you didn't get a response sooner.

    As in you have a current CDL but haven't been behind the wheel in awhile?

    Those situations are always taken on a case by case basis. You may go on the road with a TNT trainer but with a reduced mileage requirement.

    I had 6 months experience with a 7 or 8 month break in driving. They tossed me into a TNT position for 30k miles. The trainer polished me up for 4 days then we switched to teams. Been going great since.

    From what I understand, along with most people, lying means NOT telling the truth.
    However, there is "lying by omission". Could you please clarify and be more specific on what that means?

    They still consider it falsifying your application. It's viewed the same as if you put down incorrect information. Chances are, they'll find out what someone tries to hide, especially if it's related to your MVR or criminal history.

    Exactly!
    It's kind of common sense just tell the truth. If you did something out something happened to you tell them. In this day and age it's hard to hide anything.
