You can call around to some local insurance agents in your area but they may or may not provide coverage for a rig or trailer. You can reach out to OOIDA Insurance for a quote.

Search for insurance agencies with commercial services in your local YP. Get multiple quotes and compare

If you are just starting out you will probably have to use Progressive. As was said. Check with OOIDA. I've used them in the past. Currently with Northland from River City Insurance in SE Missouri.
My son-in-law used Progressive through River City Insurance when he began as an OO with no driving experience.
You are probably looking at up to $10,000 or more with no recent experience and a good driving record in your personal vehicle. Talking $1,000,000 liability and $100,000 cargo plus coverage on the truck and trailer.

Join OOIDA for $45. They can answer all your questions. Also their advice will be accurate. What you get here may or may not be.

OOIDA, will help you through the whole process. I did that five years ago, choose to go with different insurance, because I had that firm with my construction company as well. Nothing wrong with OOIDA's insurance for a beginner.
