Iowa 80: It is big, but...

I once had bleach spill in the sleeper. Not fun.

 

This past Sunday, my trainer's truck had an air leak we had taken care of at Iowa 80. I had a chance to do all my laundry upstairs. Yes, I used my pods!!!!

 

Couldn't stand the truckstop, but absolutely loved the museum.

 

I like the truck stop, but the staff's attitude there is worse than in years past, must be a generational thing because a lot of the people in there are younger. I stopped in the Wendy's, just about to order when someone came up with a partially eaten sandwich, and yelled to one of the counter people,"I ordered a baconator, and there's no bacon on it!", the counter person hearing the complaint went back, handed the lady a good sized wad of bacon and told her "here, put it on yourself". The look on the lady's face was priceless. Of course these are the fast food workers that want 15 bucks an hour...

 

If you can afford Berkshire Hathaway stock why are you driving?

 

Every time I've been inspected in Iowa it was by a trooper, unless they stole the patches and guns from a real cop...

 

Curious if the Broncos truck folds up just like the team?
