Hi there.........I have a Kenworth T800 and recently my brake light have stayed stuck on. I checked the plunger on the brake and it seems to be going up and down. I noticed if i bleed the air pressure out to almost zero it sends a signal and lights turn off? I dont know what it can be???? Any help or guidance is appreciated.

What I mean is that is likely the problem. Behind the dash panel there will be a couple of air swiches & one of these is for the brake lights.
When the brake lights are on use a test light to find out which one it is & unplug it to see if they go off.
You could also go to the dealer & find out which one it is & just replace it,they aren't very expensive.

Hi........i just turned the truck on, checked with a test light the switch behind the dash with 2 wires coming out and both had elect current flowing thru with test light. I turned truck off and kept pressing brakes until air in lines were almost gone, thats when brake lights shut off. Is there another sensor where this air and elect meet that could be stuck?

There are at least two brake light switches, primary and secondary, plus other air switches.
