Good luck. We're about 60 miles from Kennesaw. This is a drop load then we pick up a pre loaded from the same place. I will take over and start heading up to PA.

 

Made my delivery and Kennesaw, GA this morning. Picked up at the same facility. Another candy load. Went through Tennessee mountains. Now sitting here on my 30 minute in Wytheville, VA. Still have 500 miles to go.

 

Shutting down for tonight in va. Did 607 miles toady. Some of those mountains curves took me by surprise. Ran into a traffic jam for about an hour. So that made me really close of going into violation. Had 13 minutes to spare. Still have another 200 miles to go.

 

This morning there was heavy fog coming down a downgrade for 10 miles. Had to use the jack brake to maintain my speed. It's going to be crazy doing that in winter time. We are sitting here in North Carolina now. About 12 miles from our delivery. Our next load could possibly be a hazmat load. Kinda nervous about that. Also state troopers are out here like crazy. Seen 5 within a mile of each other.

 

Today been playing the wait game. Checked in at a target dc at 3. Been waiting going on 6 hours now. Hurry up and wait. That's trucking for ya lol.

 

Picked up in South Carolina. Drove all the way to the Atlanta terminal. Stayed there for about an hour. This load is going to Iowa park,tx. Trainer put in a request to get a cali load.
