She doesn't have to really sell KLLM anymore. They stopped giving referral bonuses out.

 

Biggest mistake I've made as a driver. Lots of sitting with no load, negative pay checks and can't get you home when you need to be.

 

I drove for kllm when they bought ffe. Not sure why everybody had problems with them. I got Good miles and was usually home for scheduled home time. Granted I would get home late at night or early the following morning from what was scheduled. I got on lease because they wouldn't let me keep my truck longer than five days when I would be on the road 3 months at a time. I ended up getting a city job but would go back to kllm if I had to.

 

People has problems at both kllm and ffe because dispatchers would rather lie to drivers than tell them the truth.

I'm not watching all of those long videos.

 

KLLM IS ONE OF THE BETTERCOMPANIES IN ITS CLASS. Nice terminals all with what you need to get yourself together. Lancaster is a pioneer type terminal. Lancaster, Jackson & ATL have truck washes. The maintenance program is fully refundable not like these companies that have you pay for a warranty ROTFLMAO!! Mechanics are decent and helpful. Only issues may be dispatch which no one can seem to get right, no apu, dispatch again, and did I say dispatch well dispatch. Drivers just need to know what they need cpm wise. If you need 2000 a week 1500 won't work no matter what company.
