I didn't realize there was different air line diameter for the suspensions. I thought the air line diameter had to do with the chassis type...i.e. T2 vs T800. I could be wrong and I will be watching this thread with interest.

As far as difference between 100 and 400. The 100 has poly bushings that need to be replaced whereras the 400 is virtually maintenance free. I think the 100 rides better than 400. Unlike the 200,oth the 100 and 400 are good and I would I would take either one. The 400 is an upgrade from the 200 but I wouldn't spend any money switching from 100 to 400.

I was searching and it appears the 400 has bigger lines so the bags can fill and empty faster which also reduces the side to side swaying

I'm not sure what each KW suspension is called but I do know the ones with the greasable vertical pins had a tendency to wear out quite quickly. The ones with the waffer bars instead of wishbones and pins had a much longer life. I believe a couple local guys had their wishbones swapped out to the waffer bars but that was a few years ago so don't hold me to that.
