T300 with 3126 CAT engine 300 HP, having trouble with fuel cutting out and losing power intermittently...???? Changed fuel filters, oil filter, oil, and checked out fuel tanks and pressure. Everything appears OK, but still cutting out power. Code says crankshaft sensor/camshaft sensor... maybe. Could it be fuel pressure accuator???? or what? any ideas would be appreciated at this point.

Maybe, fix what the code says is wrong. The crankshaft sensor/camshaft sensor.
Or just pull your motor and replace with new. haha.MD Lake Thanks this. -

First I would verify your crank cam sensor is good or bad. Just unplug your sensor clean connection and plug back in. Could be dirt/oil in connection.
Is your problem power cutting out or fuel supply? Watch volt meter. Could be an active short or your fuel line collapsing.
Did you reset codes and see if same comes up.
I had a problem with a cummins would lose power in higher rpms. It was a air getting into the fuel supply line. Good luck.MD Lake Thanks this.
