KW T700 CB Antenna mounting

It seems no ground dipole setup works better than a bad ground

 

If memory is correct a non ground set up is really in efficient is it not??

 

No ground wires with dipole Is best for plastic truck

 

Sorry rabbi..that in efficient was a mistake..Shoulda been all one word..Are non groundplain ant set up such as in a rv,are they not as efficient as a grounded system..Maybe i worded it wrong..Anyways i got your point...

Just chked the usps site..My fine tuned 955 in in the chicago ill area,should be a few more days and in my hands..

 

Up to 3db gain by adding a second element so I beg to differ. Consistent 40 mile range with this setup In my experience with the Peterbilt 387 which is all plastic body. Not as good as my Volvo 770, but then at the time I hadn't discovered Marks work yet.

Mine just arrived in Champlain NY 30 mins from home and i will enter another dimension....

 

Realistically you won't see that full amount but the effect will be drastic especially in how you hear
