Yeah the old one was better

 

Seems every time they update something like that it gets worse. What seems to work is calling and complaining, if it gets passed on to the techs they often come up with a solution.

 

Nah screw that we don't haul for them very much anyways. So I really don't care, believe it or not CH pays better than LS. Most of the LS stuff has been cut so much that you can't come out hauling for them, although there are the rare occasions when they do have a good load or two. I usually get those from emails and they never even hit their board, those are from the agents that I worked with when I was leased to LS years ago.

 

I was about to say how cool it was you could now sort columns, but when I clicked on revenue -- instead of sorting the loads based on revenue all the rate columns just disappeared...

 

I sent in a bug report about this. They are pretty good at responding and fixing.

 

I imagine they are working out the bugs....

 

Just like the last rollout this one will probably be a flop.

LS should work on their rates as a priority before this crap, we have stopped hauling their cheap freight as well.

 

Some L's agents are good at double booking loads, see it all the time on its, wonder do they offer there bco the same loads they get from other brokers?
