But Europe is a lot different than the states when it comes to contract law and lease agreements. I leased a truck for a while and it was not easily done.

Sorry I think then you know this rule, the using a copy of another agreement, you open yourself up to problems.

Even lawyers consult other lawyers who have that speciality, so my advice no matter if you practiced law or not is to get a contract lawyer and write one up that is suitable for your business.
