What is ACT's website? Everytime I try to go to what I believe it to be, I get ACT Transportation out of Utah.

Delivered this morning in Hernando,Ms and reloaded in Memphis going to Ft Scott,Ks. One nice thing since the price of oil has went down and we get a cost plus fuel discount right now we are paying about .50 below pump price since the street price really has not went down much.

Delivery in Ft Scott,Ks did not go as planned. It was a broker load with 2 PO's and only one of the PO's was scheduled to deliver so I had to wait until the next day to deliver the second one so I did not get empty until 29 hours after my original appointment. Not a biggie because that means I will get $525.00 in detention pay.:biggrin_25525: Once finally empty had a choice of 3 loads 2 of them were to Wisconsin and one to Bismarck,Nd so I took the Bismarck one since I had not been to ND in awhile. It was the longest one too and it is only 11000 lbs so that means great fuel mileage normally but I had one heck of a headwind. Will deliver it this afternoon then who knows where I will be headed.

Delivered this afternoon in Bismarck and I am not planned yet but they told me to deadhead to Shelby,Ia which is about 590 miles. Works for me and they will assign a load in the morning.

Ran numbers through calculator again since I started 3/17 to end of pay period 5/9 I have been paid on 20541 miles and taken home $11579.19 after my .07 maintenance fund per mile is already taken out which breaks down to .563 per mile. Fuel has cost me $11944.08 or .581 per mile. I can't complain too much because I don't know of any company jobs where I can make .56 per mile and own a truck at the end of 46 months which there is only 44 months left of that.
