Does anyone know about how much Linde starts off paying their drivers and if this is a good company to work for? I heard they pay well and have good benefits.

Their equipment is top notch....very well maintained.
Don't know about the benefits though - probably have the staple list of available benefits like any mega.

It all depends on your location and if it's a union shop or not. Out here in Southern California they are very good to work for.

Does anyone knows about how many hours on average they put in per day and their schedule format ( for example, 5-2 or 5-3)

Around here they run 5-2 mostly local with some out of town runs to the bay around 12hr days likely. Pay I believe was $27 hr plus .50 some cents all miles with layover pay and all that good stuff paid meals

Well they do have camera's in the truck but that's becoming the norm in hazmat hauling. It would all depend on the management I imagine. I have one in my truck, for the most part as long as your doing what you should they leave us alone.

One more question, I already run hard on my runs, but are they real big about making production and if they do, is it actually possible to make production

About that im not shure but I bet like most hazmat tanker companies SAFETY is number one. With that in mind the work load shouldn't be more then you could safely handle. They would rather the product get there safely and take a little more time then you rush and have an incident.
