    I run from San Bernardino to Fresno and back in a new peterbilt governed at 54.6 mph. I start at 3 am and get done around 7 to 8 at night, then do it again. Making logs look legal is a #####. What do you think. That's 6 days a week.

    My question is how illegal is it for them to have me do an inch worth of log pages because fuel times did not match. They are doing there bit inspection done in 25 days.

    Your logs have your signature on them which means you certify your entries are legal and correct. If they aren't, the consequences are on you.

    Uh, about as illegal as it gets. Not to mention ###### dangerous. You aren't even getting 7 hours off, let alone sleep, eat, shower, scratch your bum time?
    Find a new company that runs you legal. Like yesterday.

    He's governed at 55 not for fuel mileage but because if he gets pulled over the company is out of business lol
