How does a 3 hr in sleeper at receiving getting unloaded, followed by approx 15 min on drive line at and after the 14 hr work rule , followed by a 5 minute post trip, 15 off duty and a solid 8 in the sleeper give one the remainder of the following 14 hr shift ?
note: 15 min over 14 hr rule

No parking at receiver
Located safe place to park.

Hmm I'll try it another way from the beginning...
Did a restart/reset p/u in same yard of restart.
Drop, hook, pre-trip
Drive 6 take 1/2 plus time on phone for personals.
Drive another 1.75
Arrive at receiver 1 hr early with approx 3.25 hrs left on 14 . Check in, they'll call when finished,
back into dock, hit the sleeper takes just under 3 hrs to unload. 14 hr Clock has 10 min left. Get paper work close doors and off I go because they don't allow parking at the facility.
Drive. 15 min over on current 14 to closest parking, after 8 consecutive hrs in the sleeper elog says the next 14 hr shift is available minus the time spent over on the previous 14 hr shift -

you did a split sleeper birth. 3 hours at the receiver... then you drove for 15 minutes with a 5 minute post trip, then took 1/4 hour off duty, then 8 hours in sleeper... so yes you now have 10 3/4 hours drive time. A split sleep can be 2/8 or 8/2.
