Logging a traffic jam?

As soon as the parking brake is applied and the transmission is in neutral, I am off duty.
Once the traffic starts flowing again, e-log is switching to driving after two miles by itself.
To stay on driving: nobody can blame you for losing time, the same like showing 'on duty'.
If you can afford the time like stated, keep on doing it, there is nothing wrong with it. I would not even flag it.
