Consulting Group Inc. and Secret Squirrel Express Inc. are non paying criminals. Broker MC 909130 carrier MC 710711 I want to warn everyone about these criminals. I hauled a load for them a little over 3 months ago I had them verified through my factoring company and they were good on the phone they were nice and good load good rate. Picked up and delivered on time submitted all the paperwork and the problems began. After 60 days no payment they said a check was sent out but somehow never received. Then they said the sent an ACH which somehow was never received then they had the nerve to say they sent me a Quickpay through Chase when they don't even have my Quickpay info lol. Every time you talk to one of those animals on the phone all you get is the run around. I sincerely hope they go out of business or someone just kicks there ###. Anyways my fair warning to you guys do not haul for Consulting Group Inc. out of Chicago they also run under the name Squirrel sometimes I think that is there trucking company. Good luck everyone.

File on their bond before it's too late
-
How do I do that I've been trying to figure it out.

OOIDA can tell you what co. has their bond and will help to start a fire under them so you can get paid
-
He should have gotten their bond information when he signed up with them.

Every bond provider has a slightly different process to start a claim so it's very important that you contact their specific bonding company for instructions on filing the claim. Use the FMCSA website and find their surety bond provider under their broker or carrier profile.

Some surety companies will have a simple form you can fill out on a website while others will make you write a full letter. It varies depending on the surety that supplied the bond.
Many times just starting a claim will be enough to get the broker and shipper to at least start talking to you about payment and stop the run around. It will be well worth the time you put in on starting the claim so don't delay.Oscar the KW Thanks this. -
