    Hey guys, I have been working with a few 3rd party dispachers and have been disappointed. Do you guys have any that you would recommend or heard of that might help load a 53 footer refeer with a strong driver?

    If hes a decent hand, why not give him a shot at dealing with the brokers himself? A couple of my first driving jobs were percentage and I kept the truck loaded myself, did my own maintenance or sometimes just took it to the shop if I didn’t have the time, kept on top of permits...

    The more the guy has to do with his own destiny the more pride he will take in his work, the equipment and keeping the revenue high.
    Maybe doesnt work these days? Thats pretty much where the idea of leasing trucks to employees came from, which kind of took things down hill IMHO.
