You should include the torque rating that you want or a transmission model number.

I may have one in a few days if that would work for you. Today I am going to look at a truck with a reman DD with a rebuilt 13. I need to see it and the paperwork before I can go ahead with this.

Cetane+ How were you able to determine that a 147 and up would work? What did I miss?

    dannythetrucker Thanks this.

A 10 speed was not put behind a high power engine. 7 is the last revision before the current model.

I thought that was your clue but what are you calling a high power engine?

I had a 1995 Pete with a 475 Cat and a FRO (?) 10C. I forgot what the original torque rating was but I'm thinking 1650 torque and Cat bumped it to 1850. It was was one of the 5EKs that got to about 100,000 miles and began dropping in performance. Cat reprogrammed that group if you knew about update. They didn't offer, you had to ask. If the engine didn't respond it was reprogrammed again. After the second time they would pull fairly well. I need to go check some Eaton info.

I found it. I had a FROF16210C. There also was:RTLO17610B,18610B, FRO17210C,18210C, RTAO-16710B-AC and a couple more in that RTAO group. I was almost positive there are at least a few 10 speeds in torque ratings over 1600. This is for info only not to incite a robust blast of whatever. I am always looking to learn even if I prove myself wrong. Also sometimes others learn something they didn't know.
