I'm looking into getting regional or dedicated runs out any companies I can think. Already tried USA truck and werner. Their spots have been filled up. I'm home close to Milesburg, PA and another big company I can think of is Smith Transport out of Roaring Spring, PA not far away from I-99. What's your thoughts of it about pay, hometime, runs, and trucks more likely will be driving.

Check with Old Dominion Freight Line about their line haul division. They've been hiring a lot lately in PA due to business growing and old timers retiring.

Zimmerman truck lines. Mifflintown, PA. They run mostly Kw, with a few Internationals. I believe they go anywhere in the lower 48

Check out Metropolitan out of Bloomsburg, PA. They do northeast regional, have guaranteed minimum pay, and guarantee 48 hours of home time every weekend.

Also, try RC Moore in Pittston. Not sure where that is in relation to you, but if they're close they'd be worth looking into. They have a variety of options for home time, decent pay--.40CPM to start, and decent equipment.

I don't mind be on the road for 4 days and then have friday/weekends off. But Smith (at Roaring Spings) is located closer than the RC moore. I checked their moore website, they say 2 years of experience needed.

They say 2 years but they don't enforce it. They've been hiring CDL grads and anyone with a pulse lately.

    russtrucker Thanks this.

Veriha Trucking advertises weekends home. They have 3 terminals and one is in PA. Guess you take the truck home or find a safe place to park.
