    If you deliver to this place, make sure you are on time. If not you'll have to pay a $300 late fee before they will give you your paperwork. They don't care why you were late nor that you scheduled a new appointment with them. If you miss the original, your wallet will be $300 lighter..............beware.

    If my delivery was rescheduled I would refuse to leave until I'm given my paperwork free of charge and tell them any late fee is the responsibility of the broker.

    Make copies of the bol before arriving..keep the original and give them the copies..if they refuse to give paperwork..no problem. .just notate refused to sign and drive on...

    You took the load off my truck and now are holding the bill hostage for $300? Put it back on my truck then. No? Now you just stole the load I am responsible for. Sit at exit gate and block it until they give you the signed bills. Encourage them to call cops.
