I have a 96 international 9200 with a 350hp m11 and Rockwell 10 spd with 307 gears in the rear and I get 7mpg all day and it has plenty of power although I'm not the first one at the top of the hill but its a work horse of an engine.

The only real diffrence I see in all the ones I've built is rocker arms block stiffner and diffrences in a conn rods and injectors we run them from 370-410 in 2 axle powder trucks there pretty good motors they pull good we are running eaton 10 speeds not super 10 we also have a few in cement trucks that ate set at 330 they run pretty good as well.I would call and see wha t i your specs are at cummins just to be sure I don't see a problem running 370 I would add a block stiffner to see if you have the updated block there is a pad on the left side near the back off the block near the cyl head mount the updated block will end xxx if you need a engine number for a block stiffner or spec let me know and ill get you a number from our truck

I bought a 1998 kw t800 with an M11 in it. Guy said it is set at 400hp. Right out o the shoot I have been having overheating issues. I tried hailing roughly 50k and 60k loads and I didn't make it 20 miles before the buzzer was goin off and the high temp light was on. Took it to the shop, had the radiator blown out and the thermostat replaced. Took an empty 40' container to WV (bout 14k lbs) and it was still overheating pulling the hills. Buzzer is coming on at around 200 degrees and is staying anywhere between 200-215 degrees. Could it be that I have something wrong with my gauges or my next step in the cooling process would be a new radiator. Thoughts? Guy at shop said radiator is starting to rot on the inside

Start with the simple stuff. Check the cac and piping for leaks. How's the air filter look?
