    It's the way of the New World. The guy from Crete that rearended that minivan killing 7 kids (and their adopted grandpa died from the stress of the news)a dozen years ago only got 7 years total...he should have been given 7 years for each.

    I seem to remember hearing the word justice a lot in my history classes. The teacher must have been talking about another country. Not a week goes by without reading about some massive semi crash caused by a 4 wheeler and the person walks away with a measely fine. IF that. 6 citations in 5 years. Clearly the fines aren't teaching him much of a lesson.

    Double standards.

    People who drive cars like to brag about driving for 17 - 20 hours straight. Yet , if we go 15 mins beyond our HOS we are considered reckless with out concern for humanity.
