Just throwing my 2 cents in as a Mbi guy for about 3 years in their. Made my way up the food chain (non CDL driver) it's a high turnover company like anybody else if you're trying just to come in make lots of money work hard and not play the office politics game it's great you have to turn your ears off to all the crap people talk about office drama at our driver drama but as far as making that company a long-term thing you have to realize that they will throw you under the bus second they get a chance to a lot of stabbing in the back and just overall poor family business to what It used to be

 

Toby is gone. Probably a good idea for him to stay out of dark alleys in Dickinson.

 

just got a update today from a couple of friends in the chain stay away if you can find something sane like Halliburton to run for

 

That isn't hard to do. MBI has become the armpit of oilfield service companies.

 

all seriousness Hess ,liberty frack , bj services <--- (yes thats a comapny) and tesoro would be a better option.
