    I've taken loads like that before. You burn like 80 lbs of fuel per hour. I max out the trailer tandems and put the extra on the drives and run with it.

    Any Millis drivers that are on straight pay, does millis withhold taxes from your check when on straight pay or are you working under a 1099?

    I am not a Mill is driver yet, but I highly doubt it is 1099

    Not a 1099, You'll pay taxes
    Take the straight pay option

    Yeah I figured that they took taxes out but I talk to my accountant and he said straight pay is the way to go as long as they don't do a 1099 so I just wanted to double check.

    That depends on your previous experience. They obviously won't pay as well as tankers, flatbeds, hazmats, etc. I've so far had no negative things to say about them, but everyone's experience may vary.

    I know a lot of people who left and then came back, which says a lot if you think about it.

    If they still took owner operators I would probably go back.
