EXPEDITION -- they have a pay scale on their web site that explains it all pretty well

You new guys are starting at the perfect time. Got rid of the having to drive 4 hours in a day to get paid while in training and also putting you guys on mileage pay. .25 cents for every mile the truck runs while you are in training that's a significant boost in pay from the $73 a day it was before. Good luck to you new guys so far Millis has been great for me in my 4months.

Millis is 100% better than US Express. Lots of US Express is driver hand unload where Millis is more drop & hook or customer unload with fork lift due to soda and beer loads.

 

During the 3 weeks of school you don't get paid but when you go out with your trainer your pay starts. .25 a mile for every mile the truck drives which is a big increase from what it was.

 

I got approved today to start Millis training on May 9, 2016 at Trenton OH. Anybody else going there on this date?

 

I wonder what ever came of the OP?

Anyone know how much time is spent with a trainer after completing MTI?
