My husband Is looking into this company and is currently a tow truck driver.. I'm just worried about the pay being consistently at 50k a year or so sincell I'm a stay at home mom.

 

And another question .. the 500 a week I'm guessing is before taxes?

 

Yes it's gross pay because how would everyone end up with $500 even with different tax deductions? So you will get probably around $350 net at 30% taken out for taxes. I use 30% as a rough estimate for taxes.

 

50K for a first year driver is asking a lot. It can be done after learning the business and what not, but not the first year at least. I would expect around 35-40K, depending on what fleet he signs up for. More home time = less earnings too.

 

Ah, I think he has decided to stick with towing since they should be giving him a raise and there's daily home time even working 55 hrs a week to make near 50k
