    I'm always reading on here that people need advice. I try to give unwarranted advice to friends and family and just get shuned. Figured I'd offer up my services here. This isn't just for trucking advice I give worldly advice also. So in anybody feels the need to climb the mountain this old man will be sitting on top waiting.

    I'm thinking about buying a house and renting it out while I live on the road. Should I go for single family, duplex, triplex or quad? Location doesn't matter so any hot tips on good markets? I'd need a property manager also so please factor that into your response as it's notoriously difficult to find a good one. Thanks a lot by the way.
