    And what advise would you guys give as an o/o starting out trying to chase miles? Every little bit helps..

    Chase revenue.

    Look at it more as revenue over a given time period. Set revenue goals for daily, weekly, or monthly. Look at the load and think 1. how much will I make, and 2. how long will it take to do.

    You right, thank for that. Well I guess I take it small. I looked at some smaller Direct carrier comp. Is their any you guys recommend.

    I don't think you'll get consistent revenue with direct, some don't even deal with new MC#. One of benefit leasing to mega is the consistency, and greater amount of "contracted freight" which equal higher revenue than spot market for example.
