I wanted to get on the 3M account.. I talked to quite a few drivers on that account and they were really happy with it...

My wife and I were on Werner/3M dedicated for about 4 yrs..loved it.!
Will be lots of hazmat and must be well versed in the requirements. You will pull tankers. Most trailers were new GreatDanes with ThermoKing heaters. Most loads drop and hook.
Our dispatch handled eastern U.S. ,,another dude handled West coast.
Home time for us was every weekend.
Solo was about the same except for the overnights to Dallas and Suwanee. Lots of freight.
Great miles
We finally retired.
The best way to get on is not thru driver placement, but call switch board and ask for the 3M board,,express your interest . Mention your HazMat too.saddler Thanks this. -
I started my career in tomah, walmart dc as a Werner driver. They ran me good, I made 700 to 800 per week take home. I am still here, but working for another company since Werner lost it. This is a good account to be one, but expect working full 14 hours a day.

I run walmart account out of CA. We take our dispatch from walmart. pull walmart trailers. Walmart will keep you busy. typical run goes like this.....start from a dc with a store load....store load are drop and hook if its GM frieght....or live if it grocery. after store load take your empty trlr to a vendor and do you back haul to a dc. backhauls are mostly drop and hook but some are live. Walmart is a good account!
