New Averitt pay grades for Detention, Breakdown and TL drivers for LTL

    For Detention and Breakdown it has went from $14 and hour for the first two hours to now it is $20 and hour. Also if you are running TL and have to pick up LTL from one service center to another etc. you get $25 dollars on top of mileage. Im pretty sure I got the LTL right from what my fleet manager told me but I am exhausted and may have missed something.

    OK lets talk about the NEW EXCITING PAY RAISE::::
    1. How often do you have loads with extra stops?
    2. How often do you layover?
    3. How often do you get hourly pay for breakdown or detention?
    4. How often are you pulling LTL Shuttle freight, especially since OUTSIDE carriers are pulling more of the runs we used to do.
    5. Local delivery pay...say you pick a load up off the CHA yard and take it to Soddy Daisy...think again if your going to get $50, your going to get MILEAGE.
    6. CPM...1.5 ONLY if you have 14 points
    My source was my Fleet Manager.....I wonder what kind of CPM raise those who are domiciled above the Ohio river are getting. HMMMM?
