Hey all, I am a recently new broker. I have plenty of experience in sales, I am very friendly and outgoing (I have never really met a stranger). I know I have what it takes in this business and I know I can do it right.
At our brokerage we do not book loads or get loads that are not paying a good rate. We do not contribute to the problem. We also run our own trucks. We dispatch and do compliance. In other words we are awesome lol.
I guess I am so overwhelmed by all the ways to go to find prospects for the brokerage side . I don't know what is moving the most, what would be a good way to go?. I just really want to start getting clients and staying steady. I have gotten a few but i want more.Any advice? Feel free to message me also. Thanks.

What do your trucks average per mile?
-
All depends on the lane. -
I've heard people come here advertising worse. Of course I was joking, we both know I can't give up my little black book.
However I would question as a broker, why are you handling compliance? -
Wel
We have a girl in the office and that is what she does.XCELERATIONRULES Thanks this. -
Man.... I had to do it or someone else would have. Brokers get a bad rep but they're not all bad.
I'm not in flat anymore anyway. -
The only way I would give up any contacts is if I was getting out or if it was a bad client.
I'm just looking for any honest advice -
Where are you located?
