New Freight dispatcher - advice needed

I'm thinking about starting my own freight dispatch company for owner operators to use. Ideally I would like to have long term contracts, if possible, and do really well at this. Then I'd like to have a brokerage side and eventually some trucks of my own with my own MC# etc.

I've been around this industry my entire life. I've managed trucking companies and improved their performance, and I currently work at a factoring company with no complaints (shocking!)

Does anyone have any advice, the dos and donts of having a dispatch company?
