I don't blame you.It should not matter what you look like as long as you can do the job you're hired for.But unfortunately it does.

 

Meh... I worked for a company that required you to be clean shaven, no facial hair and not even visible piercing holes.

I also had to keep a minimum of 4 clean and pressed suits, and a stocked over night bag in my office closet.

We worked with doctors and hospital administrators. And never knew when we might have to be on a plane following a 10 am conference call.

 

Different jobs have different rules
Some good,some weird or stupid
But their back yard their rules

 

It is their company. Management can make their own rules.

 

I've turned down jobs because during my interview they asked if I'd be willing to shave my goatee (nice trimmed, well kept by the way) off, and remove my ear ring. "NOPE"....next!

No you can't. They don't allow anything to be placed on the trucks that takes away from the appearance. They want them uniform. The only stickers or decals allowed other than the stock company decals are the drivers name, any military designation decal that the company place out of their own stock. And their safety team decal. Nothing else. If something is found, you could be reported. They will either have you remove it, or route you through a terminal and be placed on a hold until the ship removed it, then you'll go and have a talk with either safety or a terminal manager.
